1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
1 c. chopped walnuts

Combine all. Beat 4 minutes. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan.

FROSTING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (20 oz.) with juice

Mix all together with spoon (do not use mixer for frosting). Frost cake when cool.
