RED HOT CHICKEN WINGS 
20 chicken wings, separated
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoning salt or vegetable salt
1/3 c. tamari
1/3 c. sherry or dry white wine
1 1/2 tbsp. Tabasco (yes, tbsp.!)

Place chicken wings in shallow (9 x 13 inch) baking pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over wings. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
