ABSOLUTELY DIVINE RICE CASSEROLE 
6 c. rice, cooked
3 (8 oz.) container sour cream
4 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 to 3 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilies, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

In a greased 3 quart baking dish, make 3 layers as follows: 1st Layer = 2 cups rice, salt and pepper. 2nd Layer = 3/4 can chilies. 3rd Layer = 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Repeat above 2 more times. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes or until hot.

Serves 12.
