ZUCCHINI EGG CASSEROLE 
3 c. thinly sliced zucchini, seeds out, don't peel
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of pepper
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix all together and put in 9"x13" greased pan. Sprinkle 1/4 or 1/2 cup sunflower seeds on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
