VEGETABLE SANDWICHES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Mayonnaise to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. grated carrots
Lg. onion, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/4 c. cucumber

Mix vegetables together and let set for a while. Then blend all ingredients together. Serve on bread of your choice.
