HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
Salt to taste
2 c. diced chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Blend first four ingredients. Mix lightly with chicken, celery and almonds. Top with cheese and potato chips. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Serves 4.
