TOSSED CRAB MEAT 
2 c. canned or cooked crab meat
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar

Flake crab meat coarsely; refrigerate. Melt butter, stir in paprika, mustard, pepper and vinegar; heat. While hot pour over crab meat and mix well. Serve at once, on lettuce; garnish with wedging tomatoes or orange slices. Serves: 4.
