SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
Diced onions
Buttered bread crumbs

Can use hash browns with green and red peppers for color and extra flavor.

Mix all together and put in greased Pyrex 9"x13" baking dish. Put buttered bread crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. These have been served at several church dinners. Sometimes I dice ham and mix with potatoes.
