CAESAR SALAD 
2 gloves garlic
Salt
6 tsp. oil
1 tsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. grated cheese
Croutons
1 head of Romaine lettuce
Egg & anchovies (extras you can add)

Clean Romaine; set aside. In wooden bowl mash garlic with fork. Add salt, oil, vinegar and mix. Add lemon, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and cheese. Tear Romaine lettuce, add to dressing. Toss very well and serve with croutons. You may add extra cheese if you like.
