1 med. pkg. ground chuck
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
1 pkg. Doritos
Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown ground meat, add next 5 ingredients and simmer. Spray Pam or butter casserole and line dish with Doritos. Layer meat and cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
