MEXICAN MOUNTAIN 
2 ripe avocados mashed with 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream mixed with 1/4 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 c. diced tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. black olives, chopped
Tostito chips

Layer ingredients in the order given starting with avocado and mounding all slightly toward the middle of the platter. Serve with Tostito chips. Serves 20.
