BRAISED LEMON PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. water
6 lemon slices

Season chops with salt and pepper; brown in a heavy fry pan. Combine catsup, water and brown sugar; pour over chops and put lemon slice on each. Cook slowly or bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
