BREAKFAST SHAKE 
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1 banana, sliced
1/4 c. dry milk powder
1 egg
1 tbsp. honey

Combine all ingredients and 6 ice cubes in blender container. Process until smooth. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.

Approximately per serving: 119 calories; 4 g protein, 23.5 g carbohydrates, 1.6 g t. fat, 69.2 mg cholesterol, 69.6 mg calcium, 382.0 mg. potassium, 41.8 mg sodium.
