MOM'S BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
Chicken breasts
Meat tenderizer
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Pepper
Chicken or onion soup mix

Place desired number of chicken breasts in baking dish. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer, onion salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Place a pat of butter on each breast. Sprinkle chicken breasts with 1/2 to 1 package of chicken or onion soup mix. Pour enough water into pan to cover the bottom. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Usually 1 1/2 hours is best; depends on your oven.

OMG! This was so good. I cut the chicken breasts really thin and cooked on 400°F for about 30 or 40 minutes. They were great. Very tender and lots of flavor. I made instant potatoes and Jiffy mix corn muffins to go with it. Put the chicken broth over the muffins. Yummy!

I made this today (10242011) and I'm eating it right now. Yum! Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum! Super simple and easy. The only thing I changed was I added Chicken broth, instead of water. I don't know if it made any difference, but either way, it is delish!
