PEACH KUCHEN 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 white, yellow or sour cream cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 can (20 oz.) sliced peaches, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut softened butter into dry cake mix until crumbly. Spray 9x13 pan with vegetable coating. Pat mixture into pan, building up edges. Bake 10 minutes.

While the crust is baking, blend sour cream and the egg; and blend cinnamon and sugar. Remove crust from oven. Arrange peach slices on warm crust. Sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture over peaches. Then drizzle sour cream-egg mixture over all. Bake 25 minutes or until edges turn brown.

Serve warm or cold. (Great warm with whipped cream!)
