BOTTOMS UP CAKE 
1 can Pillsbury Ready-to-Spread milk chocolate frosting supreme
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus German chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees and flour 13x9 inch pan. Spread frosting into bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle nuts over frosting. In large bowl, blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed.

Pour batter over frosting in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately invert pan onto serving plate. Serve warm or cool. Serves 12.
