KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
2 c. drained, rinsed & cooked kidney beans or 1 (6 oz.) can kidney beans
1/4 c. diced celery
3 dill or sweet pickles, chopped
1 sm. onion, minced
2 eggs, boiled & sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. sour cream or mayonnaise
4 slices American cheese, diced

Mix all ingredients together with mayonnaise or sour cream, chill and serve.
