CENTENNIAL STRAWBERRIES 
3 qt. strawberries (beautiful, washed and hulled)
3 pkg. frozen raspberries
2 tbsp. cherry kirsch or 3-4 tsp. water (kirsch is best)
1/3 to 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Puree raspberries with kirsch. Strain raspberries to remove seeds. Mix in powdered sugar. Pour over fresh beautiful strawberries and mound in a glass bowl for a nice presentation.
