6 egg yolks
3 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. Marsala

Heat egg yolks with sugar on top of double boiler until thick and creamy, stirring with whisk. Add Marsala and continue whisking until the mix is creamy and about tripled in size. Pour over strawberries, raspberries, etc.
