PUMPKIN CUSTARD PIE 
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 pt. milk

Mix all ingredients, except pie shell, in the blender. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Makes 1 pie.
