BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. chopped beef
1 chopped onion
6 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
1 can tomato soup
salt and pepper to taste

Sauté onion and beef until hot, but not browned. Season. Place 3 cups cabbage in casserole dish and cover with meat. Top with remaining cabbage and pour soup over top. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
