1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. pecans, chopped
black pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, grated
strawberry preserves

Mix cheese, pecans, mayonnaise, black pepper, cayenne pepper and onion. Mold into desired shape. Place in the refrigerator until chilled. When ready to serve, fill center with strawberry preserves.
