CARAMEL COVERED POPCORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter

Melt and boil 5 minutes. Stir well and pour over 7 1/2 quarts of popped corn (1 1/4 cups of unpopped corn). Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

I bake the popcorn in my large roasting pan. You could add nuts to the corn if you like. I keep the popcorn in a large tin or in a large plastic bag. It is great for parties.
