MINIATURE CHEESE LOAVES 
2 lb. ground beef
2 3/4 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) can condensed vegetable soup or vegetarian vegetable soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
1 jar (1 lb.) meatless spaghetti sauce

Mix together lightly all ingredients except cheese and spaghetti sauce. Shape into 8 small meat loaves and place on 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. press cheese cubes into each covering with meat mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until brown. Cool and refrigerate to serve heat in spaghetti sauce until well heated. Makes 8 servings.
