YOGURT BROILED CHICKEN | |
1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt 1 green onion, chopped 1 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed 1 tbsp. salad oil 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts Mix ingredients, marinate chicken at least 15 minutes. Broil 4 minutes top rack, coat with mixture, turn and broil for 5 or 6 minutes. Serves 4. |
