MORAVIAN SLAW 
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 sm. green pepper
Pimento
1 med. head cabbage

Add sugar to vinegar to make "that sweet sour taste" and heat along with a few celery seeds, stirring to dissolve sugar. Do not dilute vinegar. Remove from heat and cool. Add chopped green pepper and pimento as desired to chopped or shredded cabbage in a glass jar.
