FANCY MASHED POTATOES 
4 lb. potatoes, cooked
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 to 1/4 c. chives
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. butter on top

Mash potatoes - lumps out.

Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic - beat at high speed until creamy.

Add chives.

Pour into lightly greased baking dish.

Sprinkle with paprika and dash with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Can be prepared ahead, cover and refrigerate. Bake when ready to use.
