1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. brown sugar
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Combine sugar, flour, butter, salt and Ricotta cheese. Take out 1/2 cup mix. Mix in milk, soda and baking powder.

Sprinkle on top: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. butter

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
