BARBECUE IN A BISCUIT 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 can biscuits

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown ground beef; salt and pepper. Drain. Add barbecue sauce to the ground beef. Grease ten places in muffin tin. Put biscuit in each place and press around to make a crust. Fill each biscuit with heaping teaspoon of meat mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 425 degrees.
