BARBECUE BISCUITS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. barbecue sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
Shredded cheddar cheese

Brown and drain beef. Add onion, barbecue sauce and sugar. Simmer for 30 minutes. Flatten biscuits and press into muffin pan, fill with barbecue mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Barbecue mixture will fill 12 muffins.
