CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUPS 
1/2 c. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Salt & pepper
1 qt. milk
1/2 qt. chicken broth
1 lb. Velveeta
1/2 stick butter

Saute carrots, celery and onion in 1/2 stick butter until soft. Add flour, baking soda and a few shakes of salt and pepper. Transfer to Dutch oven and slowly add milk, chicken broth and Velveeta, cut in slices. Heat and enjoy!
