OKRA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. okra
1 (16 oz.) can yellow corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can string beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
Bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Stir in okra, corn, beans, tomatoes, half of the cheese and the mushroom soup. Turn mixture into a baking dish. Top with bread crumbs mixed with remaining butter and cheese. Bake 400 degrees until heated through, about 30-40 minutes.
