CARAMEL PIE 
1 can sweet condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 or 2 bananas
1 graham cracker crust
1 sm. container of Cool Whip

Boil condensed milk 2 1/2 hours in the can (slow boil). Make sure the can is covered with boiling water for the 2 1/2 hours. Let the can cool before opening. Put milk in mixing bowl and add 2 tablespoons butter (melted) and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour in graham cracker crust. (Regular baked pie shell keeps the pie from being quite so rich.) chill overnight. When ready to serve, sprinkle about 1/2 cup chopped nuts on top (put more if needed). Slice bananas over this and top with whipped cream (or Cool Whip); sprinkle rest of nuts on top.
