CARAMEL PIE | |
2 cans Eagle brand condensed milk 1 graham cracker crust 1 sm. container Cool Whip 3/4 c. chocolate chips (optional) 3/4 c. nuts (chopped) optional Place cans of milk on side. Cover well with water at all times keep cans covered with water! Cook slowly (medium heat) for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Let cool slightly (not cold). Pour contents from cans into pie shell. If mixture is too thick, add a teaspoon of milk. Top with Cool Whip, nuts and chocolate chips. This should be ringed around the edges and not completely cover the top. |
