BUTTERMILK CAKE 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Cream sugar, eggs and butter. Add Bisquick, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into well greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. To serve, add fresh fruit or berries and top with Cool Whip.
