1 bunch celery, diced
1 lb. onion, diced
1 lb. green pepper
1 lg. ground beef (more)
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushrooms
1 can seasoned tomato sauce, (Arturo sauce if you can find)
Hot sauce; optional
Garlic; optional
1/2 lb. noodles, 1/2 inch wide
Sm. jar stuffed olives, cut up
Enough cheddar cheese to cover top

Cook beef and celery, onion, green pepper together; drain liquid off. Add all the tomato products and mushrooms. Cook meat mixture about 1 hour. Then cook noodles and add noodles and olives; mix well. Divide into casseroles and heat until bubbly after grating cheddar cheese on top. Serve with salad and garlic or plain Italian bread. 350 degrees.
