BRIDGE TREAT 
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
9 graham crackers

Beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until peaks form stiff. Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, pecans, and vanilla. Line 9 inch square pan with graham crackers. Spread with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares when cooled. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
