MARSHMALLOW-RASPBERRY PIE | |
20 marshmallows Juice of 1 lemon 1 c. fresh raspberries, crushed 1 c. heavy cream, whipped Melt marshmallows in double boiler. Add lemon juice and cool slightly. Add fruit, fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie shell. Freeze in tray of refrigerator for 2 hours or more. Very tasty dessert. |
