CHICKEN `N DUMPLINGS | |
2 1/2-3 lb. cut up chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup 2/3 c. milk or wine 2 c. Bisquick 2/3 c. milk Microwave. Arrange chicken in a round glass baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion to taste. Cook at high power for 19 minutes, rotate dish at 10 minutes, covered. Combine soup and milk. Pour over chicken, cook for 6 minutes (stir and turn at 3 minutes). Combine milk and Bisquick to make dumplings. Spoon onto edge of casserole, cook 9-10 minutes (cover for 5 minutes) and rotate dish at time when you uncover. |
