HONEY GLAZED CARROTS 
6 med. size carrots
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt

Wash and scrape carrots. Cut Julienne style and place in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Cover. Cook at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
