EASY CHICKEN AND POTATOES 
3 1/2 lbs. chicken
2 lg. onions
Paprika
2 1/2 lb. potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Rinse and dry chicken, remove skin, cut into pieces. Place in roasting pan. Peel and cut potatoes into thick slices and layer on top of chicken. Peel and cut onions into thick slices and layer over potatoes, salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with paprika. Cove with foil and cook 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Remove pan, uncover and stir. Return to oven and cook 30 minutes more or until potatoes are browned and chicken is thoroughly cooked. Makes 6 servings.
