EASY LEFTOVER CHICKEN PIE 
2 cups leftover chicken, cut-up
1 can sliced carrots
1 can sliced potatoes
1 cup milk
1 can chicken broth
salt and pepper, to taste
1 prepared pie crust

Place chicken, carrots and potatoes in casserole or glass pie dish. Blend milk and chicken broth in saucepan. Pour over chicken. Season to taste. Make 1 crust and cover top. Bake in oven at 375°F for 45 minutes or until crust is brown.
