HOLIDAY PUMPKIN BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pumpkin
2 beaten eggs
1 c. nuts
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat until fluffy the butter and brown sugar. Add the flour, oats, salt and baking powder. Mix until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping and press the rest onto bottom of pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. While baking, mix pumpkin, eggs, Eagle Brand milk, vanilla and pie spice. Spread over baked crust. Add the nuts to the reserved crumbs and sprinkle over the pumpkin. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes; cool thoroughly before sifting powdered sugar on top.
