4 eggs, beaten
2 c. or 1 can creamed corn
Salt to taste
Chives
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. garlic
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Mix all of the above ingredients and put in casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven. Add grated cheese to top of casserole and return to oven for 10 minutes.
