CHOW FON 
1 c. sliced butterfly pork chop
1/2 c. rice, boiled in water as pkg. directs
1/4 - 1/2 c. thin sliced onions
1/3 c. raisins
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. preserved ginger
1/3 c. chopped cashews or pecans

Cook rice; stir fry to brown pork. Add onions to saute. Add rice, ginger and soy. Stir until brown. Sprinkle with nuts and serve. Add soy sauce as desired.
