Mix 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons powdered milk and 1/2 cup warm water in the top of a double boiler. Stir until blended, then add 3/4 cup of sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.

Cool and put in refrigerator to thicken. Use as usual in recipes calling for Eagle Brand milk.
