1 yellow cake mix

Bake according to box directions (except cook in two 9 x 13 inch pans for shorter time).

SPREAD ON EACH OF THE 9 X 13 INCH CAKES:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. reg. vanilla pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 of an 8 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
Sprinkle lightly with finely chopped walnuts
