VEAL PARMIGIANA 
6 sm. veal chops, 3/4 inch thick
1 egg, beaten
1 c. buttery cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper

Coat chops with beaten egg, then coat with mixture of cracker crumbs, garlic, pepper, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on medium high (7), for 12 minutes. Rotating after 6 minutes. Turn chops over. Cover with Mozzarella cheese, then spaghetti sauce and oregano. Top with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Microwave on medium high (7) for 12 to 16 minutes, rotating after 7 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
