CHICKEN ROSE' 
1/4 c. rose' wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad or olive oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. oregano

Pour wine mixture over chicken in baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
