PINEAPPLE-APRICOT SALAD 
1 lg. can apricots
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. orange Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. nuts

Mix Jell-O with 1 cup of the fruit juice and 3 cups boiling water. Add fruit and 1/2 cup nuts. Let mixture jell. Mix cream cheese with some of the fruit juice, so cheese will spread. Spread cheese mixture over top of Jell-O and fruit. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top.
